At our Monroe & Freehold, NJ offices, we know how disruptive plantar fasciitis can be, and we’re committed to treating it thoroughly. Our multidisciplinary team works to pinpoint the root cause of your foot pain, using advanced, non-invasive solutions to help you get back your comfort, mobility, and active lifestyle.

Physical therapy is central to treating plantar fasciitis, with exercises that stretch the plantar fascia and Achilles tendon while strengthening the muscles in your lower leg. Our licensed providers build personalized plans that may combine manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and other modalities.
If you’re looking for advanced non-surgical options, we also offer therapies like acupuncture to help manage pain and inflammation. Platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, a regenerative medicine technique, taps into your body’s own healing properties to repair damaged tissue and ease chronic pain, giving your natural healing process a real boost.
Shockwave therapy uses targeted acoustic waves to stimulate healing in damaged tissue, an advanced option that’s entirely non-invasive. It works by boosting blood flow, reducing inflammation, and speeding up the body’s own repair process, which makes it especially effective for plantar fasciitis. Most patients notice real pain relief and better function after a series of sessions, and since there’s no downtime, you can get back to your normal routine right away.

Plantar fasciitis can be an especially frustrating setback if you’re an athlete or stay active. Our treatments are tailored to help you push past the pain, restore function, and get back to your sport or activity safely, with a focus on strengthening, flexibility, and biomechanical corrections that help prevent it from coming back and support better performance.
If you’re managing a chronic health condition, foot pain can show up differently and may call for a more integrated approach to care. We take your full health profile into account to build a treatment plan that’s safe, effective, and supportive of your long-term well-being.
Not everyone comes to us for severe pain — plenty of patients are simply looking to stay ahead of future issues and maintain healthy feet. If you’ve had occasional discomfort, a history of foot problems, or just want better mobility and stability, our programs can help, with an emphasis on early intervention, proper foot mechanics, and guidance tailored to keeping you active.

The first thing most patients notice is a real drop in pain. By treating the underlying inflammation and biomechanical issues at the source, we help you move more comfortably, so walking, standing, and staying active don’t come with constant discomfort.
Left untreated, plantar fasciitis can turn into chronic pain and create compensatory issues elsewhere in your body. Our approach treats your current symptoms while also working to prevent further damage and recurrence, protecting your foot health for the long run.
Evidence-based therapies that target the root cause of your condition can speed up healing considerably. Instead of offering temporary relief, our approach is built to deliver results that last, helping you recover more efficiently while maintaining long-term foot health and function.
