Custom braces can provide support, improve alignment, and decrease pressure on injured areas. These devices are fitted to match the patient's anatomy.
Fine needles are inserted into specific areas to reduce pain and kickstart the body's natural healing abilities. Acupuncture also aims to restore proper energy flow.
Injections of concentrated platelets from the patient's own blood stimulate healing and tissue regeneration. This treatment targets the underlying condition causing discomfort.
Exercise, stretching, manual therapy, and ultrasound treatments can help to restore mobility, build strength, return to proper movement, and relieve pain.
Ankle and foot pain can be treated with orthopedic care through a combination of diagnosis, physical therapy, medication, orthotics, and, if necessary, surgical intervention to address underlying conditions and promote healing.
The recovery process varies widely and depends on many factors, such as the severity of the injury and the type of procedure. In most cases, it involves some period of restricted activity to support healing, followed by physical therapy and a gradual return to normal functioning.
People who participate in sports or are very active tend to experience foot and ankle injuries more frequently.
Therefore, they need physical therapy and other interventions to manage their issues. Our clinic provides the best treatment to help athletes heal their sports injuries and restore physical abilities.
