Our Approach to Diabetes Management

Customized Meal Plan

Nutrition is the foundation of diabetes care, which is why we start with a custom meal plan built around your blood sugar targets and calorie needs. We take your preferences, schedule, and lifestyle into account so the plan actually fits your life, not the other way around. Smart, balanced food choices become the foundation for lasting results.

Before building your plan, we run in-depth lab work to see exactly what’s happening inside your body, including blood glucose, blood pressure, and hormone levels that show how well your body is producing insulin. Those results guide a targeted plan built around your specific imbalances rather than a one-size-fits-all template.

Where supplements are used, we rely only on professional-grade formulas that are safe alongside the medications you’re already taking. Your regimen is selected based on your individual lab results and symptoms, so the support you receive fits directly into your broader plan of care.

Gut health has a direct impact on insulin production and blood sugar regulation, so we evaluate and support gut function as a core part of your care. Targeted probiotics, dietary adjustments, and natural therapies work together to rebalance your microbiome and improve metabolic function.

Staying on track matters as much as the plan itself, which is why our team checks in weekly to adjust your meal plan, coach you through lifestyle changes, and give you practical tools for day-to-day self-management. We also help you build exercise into your routine in a way that’s realistic and sustainable.

Many of our programs also include acupuncture to support stress management and overall wellness. This time-tested therapy helps balance hormones, support circulation, and calm inflammation, addressing the physical and emotional sides of diabetes together.
