Knee pain affects every part of your life

You’ve tried rest, ice, and “just dealing with it”

Now it’s time for answers

We know how frustrating it is to feel limited by your own body. Our team listens, evaluates, and  creates a treatment plan designed to get you back to doing the things you love.

We’re there, every step of the way

Surgery never has to be your first option. A specialist will do a full evaluation to create a care plan for every phase of treatment, recovery, and rehabilitation.

Evaluation & Diagnosis

Your visit starts with a one-on-one consultation with an experienced orthopedic specialist. We’ll take the time to listen, understand your history, and figure out exactly what’s causing your pain.

Medical History

We’ll talk about your symptoms, medical history, and any past injuries.

Physical Exam

A full examination evaluates joint range of motion, strength, and mobility.

Advanced Imaging

If needed, X-rays or other imaging is used to see what’s really going on.

EMG / Nerve Conduction Testing

Specific diagnostic tests may be used to determine the cause of numbness, burning, or radiating pain.

Your doctor will diagnose the issue and recommend the best path forward—surgical or not.

Orthopedic Surgery

The thought of having surgery can be nerve-racking, but you’re in the best of hands. Our board-certified surgeons perform procedures like:

Arthroscopy

Minimally invasive surgery using a fiber-optic camera to diagnose and treat joint problems.

Joint Replacement

Replacing a damaged joint with an artificial implant for improved function and pain relief.

Rotator Cuff Repair

Addressing tears in the rotator cuff muscles or tendons for shoulder stability.

Your procedure is done on-site in our surgical facility, where you’ll receive the best possible care and observation.

Post-Surgical Rehab

Your post-op care is handled right here in the office, where your surgeon works closely with our PTs, OTs, and chiropractors. Every aspect of your care is personalized.

Physical & Occupational Therapy

Hands-on manual therapy techniques and modalities reduce pain and inflammation.

Mobility Restoration

Exercises and stretches to regain joint range of motion and flexibility.

Muscle Strengthening

Targeted exercises to improve strength and stability for optimal joint function.

An integrated approach to your recovery means a smooth transition from surgery back to an active lifestyle!

What if I don’t need surgery?

No surgery is always great news. If your doctor wants to try a conservative approach first,  Advanced Wellness offers traditional and alternative non-invasive treatments.
